Going by the latest polling numbers, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Liberal federal government’s odds of being re-elected with even a minority mandate are sitting squarely in “cross your fingers and toes and pray for a miracle” territory, perhaps even trending more towards “snowball’s chance in hell.”
