It seems U.S. president Donald Trump has taken part of his bullying playbook from Lucy in Peanuts. She’s the one famous for putting down a football, and as Charlie Brown tries to kick it, she pulls it away.
Trump does the same trick with his rolling barrage of tariff threats, both real and imaginary.
